He has voted yes on a total of 9 bills
Most recently because of his principles of not wanting to spend money he cause the republicans to spend an extra $50 billion dollars to get Lisa Murkowski to vote yes on the OBBB instead of saying he would vote yes for reduced spending.
His principles don’t actually stand for progress they lead to higher spending
